Recipe: 30 Day Muffins

30 Day Muffins

½ cup oil
1½ cup brown sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
1 cup nutty wheat flour
1½ cup cake flour
2 cups digestive bran
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup chopped nuts (any but i prefer macadamia)

Beat eggs, oil & sugar. Add all the dry ingredience with the milk. Place in a sealed container overnight. Bake in muffin pan for 10-15mins @ 180˚c. This mixture can be stored in a fridge for 30 days before baking.
