Recipe: Oats Smoothie

Oats Smoothie

Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 banana
3 heaped tbsp plain low fat yoghurt
2 tbsp fat free milk
2 heaped tbsp raw oats

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve
If you want a more watery consistency, add some more milk or water

Tip: For a different taste, use various fruits or add a bit of peanut butter.
