Recipe: Goats Milk Cheese Dip

Goats Milk Cheese Dip

Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 2 cups

300g Goats Milk Cheese
6 tablespoons creme fraiche or sour cream
1 tablespoon dry white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and chives
Fresh vegetables or crackers to serve

Combine Goats Milk Cheese with creme fraiche, olive oil, wine and herbs. Blend until smooth, then chill until ready to use. Serve with fresh crudits or crackers.

Goat's Milk Cheese
Goat's milk cheeses are mostly soft in texture and can be eaten fresh, blue veined or with natural mould on the rind. Superb crumbled over salty baked potatoes.
