Recipe: Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip

Makes about 250 ml of dip

plain low fat yoghurt
3/4 cup 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
2 tsp pepper, ground
1 large avocado, mashed
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Drops of jalapeno sauce as desired
Serve with: vegetables, or as a spread on bread, pitas or crackers

Mix all ingredients together
Refrigerate for a few hours
Serve with a mixture of fresh vegetables or use it as a spread.
